Founder's Message

Hi, I’m Anna Nesterova, the founder of Medical Sales Bootcamp - created with one mission in mind: to help aspiring medical sales professionals break into and thrive in one of the most exciting, rewarding, and competitive industries in the world.

My journey began in 2013, right after completing my Master’s degree in Biomedical Technology. Like many new graduates, I was searching for direction. I knew I wanted to be in the medical device industry, but I had no roadmap, no network, and no one to explain how this industry truly worked.

What came next changed my life.

Over the years, I represented more than a dozen medical device companies, small and large, domestic and international, working directly with manufacturers and national distributors. I built my own sales agency, hired and trained my team, and supported a wide range of product lines across multiple therapeutic areas.

My career took me across North America, Europe, and Asia, giving me a first-hand understanding of how diverse, fast-paced, and transformative this industry can be. Medical sales didn’t just give me a job - it opened doors I didn’t even know existed.

I never imagined that my start in neurosurgery sales would lead to becoming:

  • A business owner,

  • The creator of Medical Sales Bootcamp,

  • A consultant for investors and medtech startups,

  • A strategy and business development director for a breakthrough AI-powered medical wearable device,

  • And a university lecturer teaching the next generation of innovators.

I share my story because I want you to see what’s possible.
