So what is this course all about anyways?

This e-Learning course intends to educate medical sales professionals on Health Canada’s regulatory requirements for medical devices. By providing e-Learning content to medical device sales manufacturers, sales professionals and other stakeholders, it is expected that the competence and quality of service of sales professionals improve, thereby resulting in more efficient processes in a vendor- HCPs (health care professional) interactions.

This course contains 10 modules and a final quiz. Each section is designed to cover a specific practical field that medical sales professionals are using daily and are required to know when they work in the Canadian health care system.

The target audience includes various stakeholders, such as medical device manufacturers, importers, distributors, consultants, sales representatives, and students.
